# Privacy Policy

FrostByte Studios (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our services, including our Tebex store, GitHub projects, and Discord community.

### 1. Information We Collect

We only collect limited information necessary to provide and improve our services:

* **Tebex Purchases**: When you buy a script, Tebex processes your payment information. We only see purchase details (what was bought, when, and your email for delivery/support).
* **Discord**: If you join our Discord, we see your Discord username and messages you choose to share.
* **GitHub**: If you interact with our repositories, GitHub may share basic profile information (public username, contributions).

We do **not** collect sensitive personal data (like passwords, addresses, or payment card details).

### 2. How We Use Information

We use this information to:

* Deliver your purchased scripts and updates.
* Provide support and answer questions.
* Prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse of our resources.
* Improve our services and community experience.

### 3. Delivery, Testing & Service Conditions (Minimap/Script/... Commissions)

By purchasing our services, you agree to the following conditions:

* A product is considered **not fully delivered until the final payment has been received**, unless otherwise agreed. Any work provided before full payment remains part of an ongoing development process and may be incomplete or subject to change.
* The client is responsible for testing the delivered work in their own environment (e.g. FiveM server). The developer is not required to personally install or operate on the client’s server unless explicitly agreed.
* The developer is not obligated to perform live server testing on client infrastructure unless agreed in advance.
* Some deliveries may be provided in a **beta or test version**, which is part of the development process and requires client feedback before final completion.
* If a ticket remains inactive for an extended period, the developer may issue a final reminder. If there is still no response, the ticket may be closed and the project may be cancelled. Reopening may require a new request and continuation is not guaranteed.
* Any features not listed in the original agreement are considered **additional work** and may require extra payment and extended delivery time.
* All communication must remain respectful and professional. Abusive, hostile, or disrespectful behavior may result in cancellation of services without refund.
* If a test version is provided before final payment, it means the client has been granted trusted early access to the product. Any attempt to use known or minor bugs from this test version as a reason to claim the product is incomplete or to dispute delivery may result in cancellation of remaining work and loss of support or refund eligibility.

### 4. Payments & Refund Policy

* We do not sell or rent your data.
* Payment details are handled securely by **Tebex** and their payment providers.
* Work will not be considered complete until full payment is received.
* If a deposit is required, it is **non-refundable once work has started**.
* Final files or full access may be withheld until full payment is completed.
* Refunds are not provided for completed or delivered digital services unless required by law.

### 5. Communication, Support & Activity

* Support is provided through Discord or designated ticket systems.
* Tickets may be closed after **7–14 days of inactivity** from the client.
* Ongoing work may be paused or cancelled if no response is received for an extended period.
* All communication must remain respectful and professional. Abusive or disrespectful behavior may result in cancellation of services without refund.

### 6. Scope of Work

* Only features explicitly agreed upon in the original order are included.
* Any additional features, changes, or requests may require extra payment and extended delivery time.
* Visual references or examples shared after agreement do not automatically change the scope.

### 7. Data Sharing

* We do not sell or rent your data.
* Payment details are handled securely by **Tebex** and their payment providers.
* We may share data if required by law or to enforce our Terms of Service.

### 8. Your Rights

You can request to:

* Access or delete your purchase history.
* Leave our Discord at any time.
* Remove your GitHub contributions by editing/deleting them directly on GitHub.
